2. MARK THE RETURNS FORM INCLUDED TO YOUR ORDER TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT OR REFUND.

3. INCLUDE THE RETURNS FORM TO YOUR ITEM(S) AND SEND TO OUR ADDRESS BELOW BY REGISTERED MAIL:

NON-EU RETURNS:

 

PLEASE FOLLOW THE ABOVE STEPS.

IN ADDITION RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU MUST BE INVOICED AS "RETURNED GOODS - OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" TO PREVENT THEM BEING HOLD AT GERMAN CUSTOMS.

ANY CUSTOM CHARGES INCURRED ARE PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER AND WILL REDUCE THE REIMBURSEMENT.

- ALL RETURNS MUST REMAIN IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE ANY HANG TAGS OR LABELS.

- ALL RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS.

- RETURNS REMAIN THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL RECEIVED IN OUR WAREHOUSE.

- PLEASE KEEP HOLD OF YOUR RETURNS TRACKING INFORMATION AS THIS ACTS AS PROOF OF POSTAGE AND WITHOUT THIS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE.
