WE ARE HAPPY TO OFFER FREE RETURNS ON ALL ORDERS TO GERMANY WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
PLEASE FOLLOW BELOW STEPS:

1. CONTACT OUR US IN ORDER TO OBTAIN YOUR RETURN NUMBER: RETURNS@KARAKORAM.DE
2. MARK THE RETURNS FORM INCLUDED TO YOUR ORDER TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT OR REFUND.
3. INCLUDE THE RETURNS FORM TO YOUR ITEM(S) AND STICK THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR CARTON.
4. BRING THE PARCEL TO YOUR NEXT DHL STATION AND KEEP THE RECEIPT IN ORDER TO TRACK YOUR PARCEL ON THE WAY BACK TO US.

NON-EU RETURNS

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU MUST BE INVOICED AS "RETURNED GOODS - OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" TO PREVENT THEM BEING HOLD AT GERMAN CUSTOMS.
ANY CUSTOM CHARGES INCURRED ARE PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER.

- ALL RETURNS MUST REMAIN IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE ANY HANG TAGS OR LABELS.
- ALL RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS.
- RETURNS REMAIN THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL RECEIVED IN OUR WAREHOUSE.
- PLEASE KEEP HOLD OF YOUR RETURNS TRACKING INFORMATION AS THIS ACTS AS PROOF OF POSTAGE AND WITHOUT THIS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE.
